Shipping
Every watch ships fully insured and tracked, with a signature required on delivery. We ship worldwide using discreet, secure packaging. Your specialist confirms the carrier, timing, and any documentation before dispatch.
Processing Time
Authenticated, in-stock pieces are typically dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment. Items undergoing servicing or authentication may take longer; we will keep you updated.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.
Returns
We want you to buy with confidence. Eligible watches may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all boxes, papers, tags, and accessories intact.
How to Return
Contact your specialist or email support@thewatchconnect.com to start a return. We will provide insured return instructions. Please do not ship a watch back without authorisation – uninsured or unauthorised returns travel at your own risk.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we process approved refunds to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary.
Exclusions
Bespoke, custom, or special-order pieces, and watches showing wear or damage beyond their delivered condition, may not be eligible for return. Your specialist confirms eligibility at the time of sale.
